Complete Collectibles is a family-owned business dealing in Pokémon, One Piece, Digimon, and other games, trading cards, and collectibles. Justin, along with his wife Kayla, started the business during the pandemic of 2020 and have stayed the course ever since. Justin grew up collecting the cards and playing the games, and his dream is to one day open a brick-and-mortar collectibles shop like the ones he used to visit as a kid. As for right now, the business is all conducted online and in-person at hobby shows.

 

Prior to working with me, Complete Collectibles did all their business through third-party marketplaces and Facebook. Working with Justin, I was able to build them their own site with full e-commerce capabilities! Now they are easier to find for both new and repeat customers, his Facebook Live box breaks are streamed simultaneously on the site, and they don’t have to pay extra fees to third parties on site sales.
